As a dietitian, trainer and athlete, food is a big part of my life. In order for this Cadillac to perform and handle properly, only the highest quality fuel will do. The goal for my blog is to showcase that high quality nutrition doesn't have to feel like deprivation or disappointment. Food is fuel yes, but it is also meant for enjoyment.
